Because it could end up costing you a whole lot more than you expected. As Artificial Intelligence Is becoming more prevalent, people think they are getting the correct information online. AI does not replace the experience and knowledge an attorney has, but rather it regurgitates information it found online, whether that information is true, false, or perhaps is not the case in your state. Courts will not care if you got the wrong information, and there is oversight regarding the information that is passed along online.
